The Stanislaus River Basin is an amazing place to visit.  It contains history from California's rich past with characters like Mark Twain and Jedidiah Smith.  Natural diversity is rich across the region.  Water issues and environmental complexities meet face to face with the greater population.  What a great place to get to discussing this real world issues and study some great geology. Field Trips for Charity - A Success

After a successful event we have help to raise over $700 for the Teen 180 Center by donating two field trips.  We have a couple lucky groups that will be enjoying a day trip to the Sierra Nevada and Mt. Diablo regions.
